Turbochargers regulation
Staněk, Lukáš ; Beran, Martin (referee) ; Vančura, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis outlines the problem of using the controls of turbochargers regulation in the development and tetsting in the laboratories. The main task is to acquaint the readers with basic pneumatic, mechanical – pneumatic and pneumatical – electronic systems VNT ( Variable Nozzle Turbine) and WG ( Waste gate) turbochargers. Another point of this thesis is to clarify the involvement of a system of monitoring and control elements of the REA (Rotary electric actuators) systems on the turbochargers when tested in a cell or the REA stress tests on a strong base.
Class D stereo audio power amplifier
Kazelle, Kamil ; Dostál, Tomáš (referee) ; Brančík, Lubomír (advisor)
The content of this project is design of stereo audio amlifier working in class D with output power 2x20W. Project includes also a design of preamplifier and power supply. This project is divided into the four parts. In first part the theory and problems of amplifiers working in class D is resumed, in the second the designed circuits are dicussed, in the third the results of simulations in the program PSpice are presented and the last part of project describes the realization and presents the results of measurements.
Robotic Manipulator Controlling Using Microcontroller
Lengyel, Kristián ; Strnadel, Josef (referee) ; Růžička, Richard (advisor)
This thesis deals with design and implementation of an algorithm for operating the servomechanism of robotic manipulator. In first phase it was necessary to attach the robotic manipulator ROB 1-3 and common joystick to HC08 microcontroller from Motorola Corp., which is also used in our school laboratories. In second phase I have designed and implemented the program for MC68HC908LJ12 microcontroller using C programming language and Freescale CodeWarrior development studio. The task of this program was to convert signals received from joystick to commands for servo motors.
Diagnostický systém elektrických aktuátorů turbodmychadel
Posádka, Jakub
This master’s thesis deals with the creation of a diagnostic system concept for measuring the parameters of electric actuators of turbochargers. This concept is based on a review of the current measurement methodology in the company, which deals with the development and testing of turbocharger actuators, presented in the author's bachelor's thesis. The aim of the thesis is to create a design of a measuring system operated during mobile measurements and then to carry out experimental measurements. The first part of the thesis describes the design research of electronic turbocharger actuators. In the second part are presented the construction of the measuring device and the methodics. The output of the experimental measurement is the evaluation of selected parameters that are crucial for measuring the properties of the actuators. In the conclusion, the identified weaknesses are mentioned and recommended for modification for future use.
Design of a laboratory equipment focused on measuring a PV panel at different temperatures
Moravčík, Daniel ; Báňa, Jiří (referee) ; Šedina, Martin (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the temperature dependence of the performance of a photovoltaic cell and the method of regulating its temperature. He also deals with the design and implementation of a laboratory element used to regulate the temperature of the photovoltaic cell in the laboratory. The theoretical part discusses the principle of photovoltaic cells and their electrical parameters, as some of them are the subject of measurement for which the device is made. The theoretical part then deals mainly with the influence of the surrounding environment on the performance of cells and their cooling methods in practice. The practical part itself describes the design and manufacture of a laboratory element for temperature regulation used to adjust the temperature of a photovoltaic cell, focusing first on the electrical design and then on the structural design. Finally, the work is devoted to the verification of the function of the manufactured device, when the accuracy of the device is determined.
